Resort Policies
Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in begins at 4 p.m. on your scheduled check-in day, and check-out is at 10 a.m. on your scheduled check-out date. Please contact the Front Desk before your departure to check availability if you are interested in paying for a late check-out.
Parking
Your allotted parking spaces will be available from 10:00 a.m. on your day of check-in until 10:00 a.m. on your check-out day. Grand Timber Lodge owners can utilize Day Use parking privileges on their check-out day without a reservation.
Age Policy
To check in to the residence, you or someone in your party must be 21 years of age with a valid ID.
Shuttle Service
Grand Timber Lodge offers a complimentary shuttle service to select destinations within the town limits of Breckenridge. The shuttle runs on a first-come, first-served basis and averages 15–20 minute loops. You do not need to call from Grand Timber Lodge, as this is our home base. You only need to call when you are ready to be picked up at one of our designated shuttle stop locations.
Smoking Policy
Smoking of any kind is prohibited in all units and unit decks. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.
Package Policy
We’re happy to accept packages for guests. If your package arrives prior to your stay, there will be a storage fee of $8 per day for small packages or $14 per day for large packages. Please send the package via UPS or FedEx to Grand Timber Lodge, Attention: (Guest’s Name), 75 Snowflake Dr, Breckenridge, CO 80424. If you’d like to let us know when the package is sent, we’ll be happy to make a note to keep an eye out for it. USPS will not ship to the Grand Timber Lodge, so please make sure to use UPS or FedEx.
Damages
Charges will be assessed for any damages incurred. This includes and is not limited to, repairs, replacements and labor costs associated with damages to property, furniture, carpet and other items determined.
Fines
A minimum $500 fine will be assessed for violation of any resort policies. This includes and is not limited to pet, smoking and parking policies.
Pet Policy
Grand Timber Lodge is not a pet-friendly property. Service animals are allowed on the property for any guest. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) rule defines a “service animal” as an animal that has been individually trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. An animal whose sole function is to provide emotional support, comfort, therapy, companionship or therapeutic benefits or to promote emotional well-being is NOT a service animal. We appreciate your adherence to Colorado state law.
Vacation Experience Fee
All Exchange reservations to this resort are subject to a Vacation Experience Fee, excluding BGV owners. This resort offers guests several enhanced benefits, including access to onsite garage parking, shuttle bus service, state-of-the-art fitness and aquatic centers, private theaters, and unlimited internet access. The cost for these amenities are covered as follows: studio/suites and one-bedroom units: $15 per night; two-bedroom units: $30 per night; three-bedroom units: $45 per night; and four-bedroom units: $60 per night.
