Aquatics
The Aquatic facilities at Grand Timber Lodge offer guests a variety of amenities for enjoyment and relaxation.
Building 5:
The aquatic area in Building 5 features both indoor and outdoor hot tubs and pools. One notable highlight is the stunning mountain views that can be enjoyed while soaking in the hot tubs or swimming in the pools. The area also includes a children’s wading area and water feature, providing entertainment for younger guests. Additionally, there is a stone fireplace equipped with a seating nook, creating a cozy and comfortable space for onlookers to relax and enjoy watching loved ones in the water.

Building 1:
The pool area in Building 1 is described as an oasis nestled among the pines. It offers outdoor hot tubs and heated pools for guests to enjoy. After a refreshing dip, guests can further unwind by visiting the steam room or sauna, providing a soothing experience for tired muscles and stress relief.
Both areas provide locker rooms with showers and changing facilities, ensuring convenience for guests.

Quiet Hours: 10 p.m.–7 a.m.
The Boot Saloon
On-property dining for your convenience. Enjoy comfort food by the warmth of the stone fireplace or from the solace of your room.

Christy Sports
Hours: 8 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Christy Sports location on property. Ski and Snowboard rentals are available for guests staying on property at a 20% discount. This location will re-open when Peak 9 is skiable during the upcoming season.
Family Fun Center

The Family Fun Center offers exciting games such as Pinball, Big Buck Hunter, racing, and more!
The Family Fun Center is located in Building 6.
Fitness Center

Grand Timber Lodge boasts state-of-the-art fitness machines situated in the heart of the resort. Towels and a water station are provided for each workout during your stay.
Fire Pit, Games & Grill Area
Children’s Playground
- Nestled at the edge of the larger pool and hot tub area in between Buildings 5 and 6, enjoy the Grand Timber Lodge Playground to keep the kids entertained for hours.
- In addition, the whole family can enjoy the water features and sprinklers located directly adjacent to the playground during the summer months.
Fire Pits:
- The fire pit is lit daily from 5–9 p.m. Visit the Front Desk to purchase s’mores kits for $5 per two s’mores.
Games:
- Throughout the year we offer a wide variety of games for guests to enjoy including basketball, shuffleboard, lawn chess, and connect four.
Grills and Utensils
- Our outdoor spaces offer numerous grilling stations so you can gather with family and enjoy a meal in the great outdoors. Grills around property are first come, first served.
- For your convenience, sets of grilling tools are available for checkout from the Front Desk.

Located next to the Front Desk in Building 1, the Grand Timber Lodge Market is your one-stop shop for all your vacation needs.
Shuttle Service
Shuttle hours: 8 a.m.–10 p.m. daily
Once here, we know it’s tough to leave. However, if you do want to go to town, leave the driving to us! One of the most convenient services at Grand Timber Lodge is the free in-town shuttle service.
To catch the shuttle, wait right outside the lobby area for the shuttle to return every 10-20 minutes. To return, call our drivers at 970-406-0118 (the number listed on your room key) to arrange a pickup time at one of the numerous shuttle pickup locations on Main Street. It’s that easy.
During the ski season, Grand Timber Lodge shuttle drivers will be at your service from 8 a.m.–11 p.m. From spring until autumn, the shuttle runs from 9 a.m.–10 p.m. (May–October) and 8 a.m.–11 p.m. (November–April) within the town’s city limits.
Ski Lockers
Ski Lockers are available to guests staying on property. Ski Lockers are located outside of Building 1, as well as in building parking garages and near Christy Sports. These all have a combination lock, please see the directions inside the lockers to set up your combination.

Private Boardroom
Private Boardroom
- Grand Timber Lodge houses a private Boardroom offering the ability to host up to 15 people with AV capabilities. While no internal catering services are offered, the Boardroom does feature a moderately sized buffet station with a coffee maker, plastic utensils, and glassware, so bringing in meeting refreshments as conveniently as possible.

Grand Timber Lodge offers DVDNow, a DVD rental kiosk with all the new releases.
Check in with the Front Desk, to access DVDNow. You will receive a rental card that will work in its respective colored kiosk. Both are stocked with the same selection of films.

Each TV has the ability to stream Netflix and YouTube.

Theater Information
Grand Timber Lodge features four private movie theaters located in Building 6 in the Family Fun Center.
Movie Theater reservations can be made in advance by calling the Front Desk or Concierge.
Hours: 9:00 a.m.–11:30 p.m.
- Checkout is at 10:00 a.m. Please inquire with the Front Desk if you would like to purchase a late checkout of 12 p.m. for a fee of $50 per bedroom.
- Drop your room keys in designated drop boxes as you exit the parking garage.
- Leave all robes in your residence at check out. If you choose to keep your robe, a fee of $100 will be added to your bill.
- Text “Checkout room #” (for example, Checkout room 1256) to 970-364-4728 as you leave your residence to skip the Front Desk line.

The Town of Breckenridge accepts co-mingled recycling, free of glass. Please separate glass from other recyclables. Recycling can be taken to the collection points near the elevators or the large bins in the garage.

Ski & Bike Storage
Please do not store any skis, snowboards or bikes in the unit. Ski and bike racks are located by Buildings 1, 5 and 6. A secure bike storage area is available. See the Front Desk for more information and access. Ski lockers are provided in the garage of Buildings 5, 6, 7 and 8 and are operated by a password of your choice. For Buildings 1–4, lockers are provided between Buildings 1 and 2. See the Front Desk to access these lockers.
Shuttle Procedure
Please do not call the shuttle when on property — the shuttle returns as soon as possible. When on property, the shuttle picks up on the driveway outside Building 8. When in town, please call the shuttle number that is on either side of your room key.
